Does Vetlander include billing?
Yes. Clinic billing includes invoices, manual payment recording, and balance tracking. These tools are included in the single planned clinic subscription. Recording a payment does not itself process a card charge.
Is there really just one plan?
Yes. Vetlander is being offered as one planned $49 USD/month subscription per clinic, with all the features listed on this page. There are no Basic, Pro, or Premium feature tiers. Paid subscriptions are not yet open; final terms, any applicable taxes, and any separately agreed services will be disclosed before purchase.
Is Vetlander cloud-based?
Yes. The clinic software is hosted online and accessed through your browser with a staff sign-in. You need an internet connection, but you do not need to run your own software server.
Is Vetlander ready for everyday clinical use?
The current self-service evaluation is for evaluating workflows using fictional patient data. It is not yet offered as a clinic’s primary system for real patient records. We’ll discuss readiness, onboarding, and service terms before any real-record rollout.
Does the 90-day trial require payment?
No. Create your clinic account to start a 90-day evaluation immediately. No credit card is collected and there is no automatic charge. The trial begins at account creation; signing up again does not restart an existing account’s trial.
What does Copilot do?
Copilot is the built-in workflow assistant. It can help you navigate and place your exact clinician wording into SOAP sections. It does not invent examination findings, diagnose, prescribe, or approve records.
Can we keep photos with each patient visit?
Yes. Staff can upload, view, and store patient photos. Consultation photos carry a visit date and remain separate from patient profile pictures. During the pilot, use fictional or synthetic examples only.
Can we import everything from our current system?
We don’t promise automatic migration or compatibility with every clinic system. Tell us what you use so we can discuss an appropriate evaluation. Keep your existing record system in place during the pilot.
How do we get access?
Click Start your 90-day trial, enter your clinic name and administrator email, and choose a password. Your isolated workspace is created immediately and you are signed in. No approval email is required. Any account-security setup required by the clinic app still applies.
